What is the Exclusively IPL Refund policy?
Our company refund policy complies with the guidelines laid down by the Office of Fair Trading in Queensland. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR TREATMENT CAREFULLY: “Retailers are not legally bound to give you a refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase, or find the same product at a better price elsewhere.” However, because we want our customers to be happy, even though you may not be entitled to a refund, if you have your proof of purchase, and have not commenced any treatment, we will be happy to provide you with a gift voucher to the value of the purchase to be redeemed with in 12months. WE WILL REFUND if the treatment was faulty, the treatment is not as described to you at your consultation, or your treatment does not deliver the results that you had explained to you at your initial consultation.
