Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a concert for which you have tickets, you can turn in the ticket(s) to the Festival office and receive credit as a donation to the Festival. If you have tickets to a concert that you cannot attend, you can exchange the tickets prior to the concert for another concert event. You will be charged the difference if the price of the second concert is more than the price of the ticket being exchanged. There will be no refund if the price of the second concert is less than the price of the ticket being exchanged.
