What is the exchange procedure if my software media fails to work?
If for any reason the student finds a problem with the software (e.g. damaged box) he/ she must visit the Microsoft Regional Sales Corporation c/o Teletech Customer Management Pte Ltd located at 438B Alexandra Road,Technopark Block B, #04-07A Singapore 119968 (Operating Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Closed on Public Holidays). This must be done within 3 days of purchase with the product in its original packaging together with all relevant documentation (i.e. Purchase receipt, Student End User License Agreement and Ministry of Education Student ID).
