Before the member enrolls in an MCO the recipient is Primary Adult Care Fee- For-Service and the message is – “Recipient has pharmacy and outpatient mental health coverage only.” When the recipient is in PAC and has enrolled in a PAC MCO, the message is- “Recipient has PAC primary care benefit, payor is (Name of MCO, MCO phone number).
