0

To minimise risk to participants from adverse weather conditions JDRF has developed a hot weather policy. If temperatures for the event on Saturday 16 January are forecast between 35 to 38 degrees celsius the event start times will be changed to: 160km – 7.30am 80km – 8.30am 35km – 8.00am JDRF will also add extra resources such as water stations and other support. If temperatures for the event on Saturday 16 January are forecast to exceed 38 degrees celsius the 160km will be reduced to 80km and start at 8.30am. The 35km will start at 8.00am.
