What is the evaluation process for continuing contract teachers?
Most continuing contract teachers are on a year growth plan that involves setting one (1) goal for each of the three years in required areas (see manual). It is the principal’s prerogative, however, to formally evaluate any teacher regardless of contract level. Contract status and evaluation status, therefore, are not necessarily the same.
