at the funeral parlour if you are of other religion who do not offer joss stick you can just advance to the table with the Buddha,take a bow,go to the decease photo and take a bow the family of the decease will be by the side of the table to return your respect with thanks and you can wear any colour but not red because red is the colour for joy and is not appropriate at funeral,it is disrespect to the family,may your friend’s partner be with Buddha
