What is the ePrompter outbox for?
A. The outbox comes into play when there is mail waiting to be sent at the next update. This mail resides in the outbox until the next ePrompter update when it is transmitted and the outbox is cleared. However, in certain instances there may be a problem with the transmission of a message, in which case that message will stay in the outbox with a “?” in front of it. If you find a “?” in front of a message, the first thing to do is double click on the message and check to make sure that the address or addresses are correct, and then click on the “send” button to send that message again. If it fails again, there may be a problem with your email service or, shudder to think, but there might be a problem with ePrompter. If that is the case, and we will try to help you out.
