This was actually answered a while ago, but it’s such a popular question, it needs to be addressed again or I’ll poop out of my own mouth. The mouth-crapping episode is from Season 6, “Red Hot Catholic Love”, where Cartman shoves food up his ass, and successfully craps out of his mouth to win a bet with Kyle. People often get confused and think it’s “How to Eat With Your Butt” (510), which ironically does not feature any mouth-poopage. Here’s the episode you want, it’s a classic.
