What is the entrance fee? Is it refundable?
The entrance fee is a one-time fee paid by the resident upon occupancy of his/her Garden Home or Apartment Home in the retirement community. The fee is based upon the square footage of the residence and the number of persons occupying it. The entrance fee assures access to the communitys private health care facilities and pre-pays a part of the cost of the residents future health services. We offer many flexible payment plans to meet everyones needs and preferences.
