What is the Enterprise Diagnosis component of ETP™?
Enterprise Diagnosis is the process of understanding an organization’s environment in order to identifying capability gaps. Diagnostic assessment tools such as action research, survey instruments, interviews, expert panels, and observations are used to obtain relavent information about both the organizaion and its associated members. The purpose of Enterprise Diagnosis is to establish a baseline for initiating and tracking capability maturity and recommending courses of action where performance gaps exist.
