What is the Enterprise data plan and how does it differ from the standard plan if you can use the standard data plan for syncing with Exchange?
I’m using Exchange sync services on the iPhone with just a standard Family Plan. I assume Enterprise plan is for a business account. All Mail folders are syncing, including sub-folders. Not sure that you can turn the others off. I believe it always syncs over Wifi first, if turned on, connected AND authenticated with the Wifi provider. Sometimes, Wifi will connect to a hotspot (Starbucks or other), but before you enter login credentials in Safari, you cannot sync over Wifi. Not sure about your other questions.
