For printed books shipped by Energize, we permit full refunds (minus shipping costs) if the book is returned in re-saleable condition within 60 days. For electronic books, because there is nothing that can be “returned for re-sale,” we will give full price credit toward future purchases, providing the request to “return” is made within 14 days after download.
