What is the Endothelium and how does Kelatox help?

0

The Endothelium is a membrane that is a single cell layer thick that lines the inside of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. This membrane has several functions which include; the production of nitric oxide, summoning of white blood cells, assistance in the regulation of coagulation of the blood and control of the contraction and relaxation of veins. The primary cause of endothelial dysfunction is the build up of heavy metals in this lining which causes it be far less effective. Nitric oxide is a gas produced in the endothelium which controls the relaxing or dilating of the blood vessels. If nitric oxide is not produced, the blood vessels will become rigid and non-flexible causing hardening of the blood vessels. The EDTA in Kelatox will remove heavy metals from the endothelium helping it to produce nitric oxide thereby allowing the blood vessels to relax increasing the blood flow.
