This is a partnership with the State of Michigan to promote physical activity. Also, every year on Labor Day the State of Michigan sponsors a run over the Mackinac Bridge which is limited to 300 runners selected through a lottery. To be eligible for the lottery you must be 18 years old and have run in a qualifying event.
