Download the Microsoft Empower for ISVs Initiative Guide. Read and understand the Empower for ISVs requirements and benefits.Sign in with Windows Live ID credentials. If you don’t have a Windows Live ID account, you must create one when you begin the enrollment process. Note: For registration, it is highly recommended that you use your company e-mail address, not a private e-mail address (such as Hotmail or Yahoo). Complete the Empower for ISVs enrollment process.Enroll to become a Registered Member of the Microsoft Partner Network, if you are not a member already. Draft a profile of your software solution in Solution Profiler. Enter your company URL. Agree to the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Empower for ISVs Initiative Addendum. Confirm or modify your company shipping information in the Empower for ISVs enrollment tool. Pay the enrollment fee. Confirm your registration, when you receive the Welcome e-mail.
