The Employment Pathway Plan is a document setting out an individualised pathway to employment for each fully eligible job seeker. Job Services Australia providers will work with job seekers to create an Employment Pathway Plan (EPP) that is tailored to their individual needs. This plan sets out the services and training that will help them find and keep a job. This may include help to: • search for jobs • access work experience opportunities • gain new skills or qualifications • overcome other barriers to employment.
