What is the Employer Empowerment Service?
The foundation will be uniquely placed through the work that it does directly with individuals to understand the key factors that make a work place supportive of the happiness and well-being of its employees. The foundation will develop a series of assessments, programmes, tools and resources to facilitate pro-active employers to improve the fun, freedom and fulfilments levels of their employees in the Employer Empowerment service.
