What is the Employee Development Initiative (EDI)?
The Employee Development Initiative (EDI) is designed to offer continuing support for a learning culture at Granite, to create a place where you not only learn from others, but where you also have the opportunity to teach and share your knowledge with others in our workplace. The EDI is based on the assumption that collectively we have the knowledge we need to be efficient, productive, and profitable-that somewhere in our Company there is at least one person with the particular bit of knowledge, wisdom, or understanding that you may need.
