There are no eligibility criteria for taking the GMAT. The eligibility is determined as per the requirements of the B Schools. 1. For applying to universities in the US and Canada one needs to have completed 16 years of education (10+2+4). However if one has more than 3 years of work experience some universities may waive the 16th year requirement. 2. For applying to universities/schools in the UK, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand etc, one needs to have 15 years of education (10+2+3). Additionally, most schools ask for a minimum of 2 years of full time work experience after graduation.
