It is a program developed by an interdisciplinary team from Minneola and Grassy Lake Elementary schools and Lake-Sumter Community College to encourage members of the community to mentor a child. Relationships play a major role in the success of a child, and the goal of this program is to match caring adults with students at the above elementary schools. We believe this is a powerful tool to help children reach their full potential.
