The Hinton EIP is zoned Eco-Industrial District. This land use district is intended to establish an area that will allow for the development of an industrial park that will demonstrate innovation and high levels of environmental and economic performance. A wide range of light industrial and medium industrial uses will be considered so long as they conform to the EID Development Guidelines and the regulations in this district and do not cause objectionable or dangerous conditions on the property.
