What is the effective date of CUPE 2950 employee pay increases resulting from the implementation of the new Job Evaluation (JE) plan?
There are technically two pay increases, but they are very close together. The first increase is effective March 16, 2008, and will show up on the March 31, 2008 pay cheque. This applies the recurring JE funding from the first three years (2005/06, 2006/07, and 2007/08). The pay scale that applies this funding can be found on the HR web site at the following location: http://hr.ubc.ca/files/pdf/compensation/salary_ranges/2950_Pay_Scale1.pdf.
