Bromley Healthcare can protect NHS pensions rights and transfer terms and conditions for current and future NHS staff if it becomes an ’employing authority’ under current Treasury guidelines. If this status is not granted, rights of all current staff will still be protected by applying for ‘Direction’ status under ‘Right to Request’ (more details on the DoH website), but new staff will be offered a different, but similar, package.
