What is the effect of this Solaris 9 EOL pre-notification on the support I receive from Sun?
This pre-notification does not impact the support that customers receive from Sun for Solaris 9. Contract customers will continue to receive the same level of support as they have in the past. Once Solaris 9 enters into its retirement support phases as defined in the Solaris life cycle, customers will receive support at the levels defined in the Solaris life cycle.
