SUNY’s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) provides academic support and financial assistance for disadvantaged New York State students who show promise for mastering college-level work, but who do not meet the traditional entrance requirements. The program offers special tutoring and advisement for planning your course work, as well as career, educational, and personal counseling.
