What is the economic discrimination for latinos in the united states?

Economic discrimination is an odd concept. If Latinos, women or any other class of people are paid discriminatory wages you need to look close. To say, Latino’s on average earn less than Whites is insufficient. You need to look at the same work and same skill level. Language, by the way, is a core skill in any profession. On average it makes sense that Latinos would make less if they were disproportionately represented in low wage jobs (landscaping, construction , etc.) compared to the general white population. I’m not saying it doesn’t exist – but with the same skills and for the same job, I believe there is significantly LESS discrimination than the main stream media would lead you to believe.
