WHAT IS THE EASTERN STAR JOURNAL?
The Eastern Star Journal is the International Publication of the General Grand Chapter. Articles may be submitted by Chapters, Grand Jurisdictions and General Grand Chapter. This Magazine is a means of communication between Grand Jurisdictions. It is a valuable tool for Grand Chapters as well as Chapters in getting new ideas, and learning what is being done in other parts of the World. GOALS FOR 2006-2009: • To meet and maintain self support for the publication. • To maintain quality of content while increasing volume of articles of publication. • To make the OES Journal more visible and increase its awareness in all jurisdictions and other Masonic bodies. • Encourage submission of articles and coordinating photos via email directly to the Editor by specified deadlines. (Reduces time in preparation of Journal copy) • Increase the number of subscriptions sold and renewed throughout the Triennium. • Encourage every OES Chapter to subscribe.
