We are a 100% local institution, governed and staffed by local people who share a desire to improve our area as a whole. We serve Chesterfield, Marlboro, Marion, Dillon, Florence, Darlington and Williamsburg counties. The Eastern Carolina Community Foundation enables any interested person to establish a fund, permanent or temporary, for almost any charitable purpose which benefits local residents.
