What is the easiest way to type e with an acute accent with a UK keyboard?
If you are using a UK keyboard hold down the Alt Gr key [Key at the right of the Space bar] when typing the vowels and you get á é í ó ú. If you use a lot of accents or special characters then get this small free program. I have been using it since Windows 95 http://allchars.zwolnet.com/ Then using the Control key plus 2 others you can create loads Like Ctrl+s+s will give you ß. Ctrl+`+e gives you è but do Ctrl+’+e gives you é The accent is then the other way around. Others are Ctrl+o+c gives you ©. Ctrl+t+m gives you ™ and so on.
