What is the easiest way to reach someone in the office if I have a question?
The easiest — and fastest — way to reach our office staff is by sending an email. You are, of course, welcome to call the office, but with a customer list of over 15,000 individual book-buyers, we are often tied up on the phone for hours at a time. If you call and reach our answering service, then we are most likely busy on the other phone lines, or in a production meeting, or working in the warehouse. We encourage you to either leave a message or ask your question via email. If you leave a message, someone will return the call, but depending on the volume of calls received, it could be a day or two. Back in the old days, Richard used to answer each and every call himself…but with 18 years of continued growth and the wide-spreading reach of the Internet, that is no longer possible. Regardless, we still strive to give consistent and personal customer service.
