i just got my contacts 2 weeks ago now i can put them in in 4 minutes u need a mirror in front of u hold ur bottom eye lid with ur middle fingur hold ur top eye lid with the other hand tilt ur head down and look up into the mirror put the contacts in a cup shape on ur finger tip put the contact in to ur white part of the eye DONT PUT IT IN THE BLACK PART or u’ll blink when its in ur eye in the black part DONT LET GO OF THE CONTACT move it into the black part then adjust it QUICKLY remove ur finger from ur eye then blink a couple of times taking it out is the most easiest it takes me 2 seconds hold ur bottom eye lid wide open with ur middle finger hold ur top eye lid wide open with the other hand PINCH IT OUT WITH UR SKIN NOTT NAILS OR U’LL RIP THE CONTACT pinch it with ur index fingur and ur thunb
