What is the easiest way to make a homemade tattoo gun that actually works?
First off, this is NOT recommended due to possible risk of infection. The most common one I’ve seen that even semi-works involves an electric motor hooked to a piece of sharpened wire running down the barrel of a clear-barreled Bic pen. Proper motor and battery choice and a decnt shape on the end of the wire will get you a decent (if unsanitary) gun. That said, you are MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better off just ponying up the dough for a real gun. If you can’t afford one then save, get a loan, or go into prostitution. The quality of your ink-work will be much better due to the ability to change needle shapes (shaders, thin, thick) and you will be able to use STERILIZED needles. Plus, you will be able to use different needles on different people; no shared needles!
