What is the easiest way to lose weight without exercise?
There is no easy way, even for someone like me, who is reasonably fit, and walks as much as possible, losing weight is an absolute bugger of a job! What I found helpful was a body fat monitor (like digital bathroom scales, but measures fat percentage as well), it helped me to recognise which foods were making me pile on the weight, and I was also able to see what effect cutting those foods down had on my fat percentage quite quickly, without have to do any BMI calculations, or even think particularly hard. At the end of the day, fitness and weightloss are best achieved the way our ancestors did it, eating less moving more, and unless you have serious health problems preventing you from exercising, there really is no excuse not to.
