What Is the Easiest Way to Clean Suede Black Sneakers?
Suede black sneakers are both attractive and durable. Since the sneakers are black in color, they easily hide residue buildup and keep the shoes looking new. When dirt does accumulate on the shoes, it can be removed with a few simple cleaning tools. By cleaning the shoes every few months, or as needed to maintain the appearance of the sneakers, you will prolong the life of the sneakers, thereby getting much more use out of the shoes. Brush the sneakers regularly with a suede brush. Brush in the direction of the suede nap, which will remove buildup and restore the suede texture. Remove scuff marks and heavier residue with a suede eraser. Scrub the eraser gently over the residue just as you would erase a pencil mark from a piece of paper. Scrub the soles of the sneakers with an old toothbrush moistened slightly with water. Pour 1 tsp. of suede cleaner onto a cleaning rag, and wipe over the suede portion of the sneakers. Apply a suede conditioner and protectant after cleaning the shoes. T
