What is the E-Courtroom user agreement and who must sign it?
The E-Courtroom user agreement is an agreement form established by the civil district courts. The agreement lists and explains basic responsibilities to which users of the E-Courtroom system are expected to adhere. In order to use the E-Courtroom system, a user agreement must be signed by the participating attorney or a managing partner of the associated law firm.
