How to Obtain Warranty Service1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures prior to the return of any merchandise sold on our website. Products returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 2. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days only and can be obtained by calling 480.677.0545 (Mon.-Fri. 9am-4pm(MST)) or contacting the Store Owner at j.mosqueda@dynamicsubwooferenclosures.com3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
