What is the duty of the government or other authorities for ensuring the rehabilitation of disabled people?
The government or other authorities and local authorities are under a duty to undertake the rehabilitation of all people with disabilities, within the economic capacity of the government. For this purpose the government can grant funds to NGOs that work with people with disabilities and consult them when formulating rehabilitation policies.
