What is the duration of the Franchise Agreement and how is it renewed?
The initial Franchise Agreement is for a period of two (2) years. As an ehomeusa.com franchisee in good standing you will have the opportunity to renew your agreement in three (3) year terms, based on current Monthly Dues rates after your initial Franchise period. This is just another way that we provide real value to our franchisees in order to develop a successful, long-term relationship.
