Currently, IBHRE certification is valid for 10 years. The year of expiration is located on the candidates certificate. All certificants must meet requirements for recertification by December 31st of their recertification year to renew their certification. Certificants who do not recertify will lose their IBHRE credential. Certification validity periods are subject to change at the discretion of IBHRE.
