What is the duration for product redemption?
A4: All products must be redeemed on the spot or you can request company to keep the product for and on behalf of you according to maximum duration for different package as below: (i) If you are CP, who signed up the RM1, 250 packages, your product can be stored at company for a maximum 30 days after your joining date. (ii) If you are FP, who signed up the RM7, 500 packages, your product can be stored at company for a maximum 90 days after your joining date. (iii) If you are BDP, who signed up the RM25, 000 packages, your product can be stored at company for a maximum 180 days after the your joining date.
