The IASA application is due for submission to the county office of education and to the Office of Grants Management and Development (OGMD) on August 20, 1999. Any IASA application that is date stamped or post-marked after November 1, 1999 will not be considered for IASA funding during the 2000 fiscal year. This does not prohibit an applicant from filing in subsequent years.
