What is the dropout rate after training?
Arrangements for CMT are relatively new so there are no accurate figures for dropout rates yet. Trainees will not progress if they do not show they are achieving their competencies when they have their ARCP, and this could result in trainees having to leave CMT. To date most people who have left the training have done so because they have got into another training program that they felt they were more suited to or they have moved away from N.Ireland to train elsewhere.
