What is the drop-off and pick-up procedure for camp?
Upon drop-off in the mornings, staff require parents/guardians to check in with attendance. Staff will take attendance and assign the children to the appropriate staff leader and location to start their day. At this time, any special information that should be shared with staff may be communicated. At normal pick-up time, parents/guardians will be required to check-out their child(ren) in person with an attending staff member. This time also provides staff with the opportunity to discuss the child’s day with parents/guardians. If an adult other than parents/guardians is to pick up your child, please ensure that you communicate the information to staff at drop-off time. If we have not been notified about the change, we will not be able to release the child until we contact your for verbal permission.
