What is the dress code at Irvine Company?
Irvine Company does maintain a dress code policy. Our employees present themselves in a professional and courteous manner, and as such our dress code reflects this commitment. Employees wear appropriate business attire. Appropriate attire for men is typically a business suit or sports coat with slacks, and a tie. For women, the attire is a business suit, dress or skirt, or pants with a blouse or sweater. Casual sportswear is not allowed. Exceptions to these guidelines are considered for employees who are involved in “field-related” work or who have medical or religious-practice reasons.
