Owners of charter boats may not be able to use their boat spontaneously at a whim for a few months during the year. Each time you step aboard things may not be in the same place. And yes, the upholstery will wear in places you don’t normally sit. While charter boats get used, if owned by caring owners and managed by a caring charter company, they should not get abused.
