The User holds the right to cancel their account at any time and will never be billed again. Downgrading a user account has the potential risk of loss of data for which Gradefix is not to be held liable. Cancellation is the responsibility of the user and may only be terminated by using the “My Account” page, switching the plan selection to the Free plan, and saving the form.
