What is the dosing schedule of CRINA 20?
It is easy to follow the 24/4-day design dosing schedule when taking CRINA 20 (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol): • You take the CRINA 20 pills (containing hormones) for 24 days in a row. • When the 24 pills run out, there is pill free period for 4 days in a row. • You get your period during the time of pill free period, just as you would with any other combination birth control pill. Your period may last into the beginning of your next pack of pills. After 4 days of pill free period, start taking the pills in a new pack the very next day. There is never a day when you are not taking a CRINA 20 pill so once you get into the routine, it’s easy to remember to take your birth control pill at the same time every day.
