What is the dose and how do I take Spermomax?
The usual dose is 2 pills daily. Take them with a large glass of water every morning, 30 minutes after food. You may if desired, take up to 4 pills daily, this can produce better results but, don’t take more than 2 pills within 8 hours and never take more than 4 pills in a single day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered. Do not take it if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
