What is the dosage that each age group can take of Garden of Plenty?
Age 2-4: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 2 teaspoons. Age 4-6: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 1 tablespoon (¼ scoop). Age 6-10: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 2 tablespoons (½ scoop). Age 10-12: Start with 1 teaspoon and build to 3 tablespoons (¾ scoop). Age 13-Adult: Start with ¼ scoop for 2 days, the ½ scoop for 2 days, then ¾ scoop for 2 days, then a full scoop thereafter. (Whenever you introduce new foods to the body, your body has to build new bacteria to digest the new food groups. So always start gradually and build up to a full serving. This will make for an easy transition). One serving daily will give you the daily requirements, but for therapeutic or super nutrition a second serving can be added in the afternoon or evening for all age groups. For children less than 2 years of age consult with your healthcare practitioner.
